In practically every drying process, various substances are »evaporated« in the drying process. Fine particles are deposited on the insides of ovens or transport equipment. From a certain thickness, these layers crumble off and drive down product quality while causing malfunctions in the plant. But this can be prevented by regular cleaning.

Using dry ice can blast off these layers without leaving any residues or damaging surfaces. Since our blasting material sublimates completely, we can even clean conveying equipment such as chains, hoops and deflection pulleys when they're installed. The dryer is not exposed to sand or residues of water. Cleaning is fast and effective.
