Not every plant is the same. Every industrial plant requiring cleaning has to have just the right method to go gentle on the plant itself while ensuring a constant level of product quality.
Our company features two state-of-the-art methods, neither of which places a burden on resources or the environment. The hallmark of both the jet laser technique and the dry ice blasting technique is a great variety of applications.
Neither of these techniques generates additional waste materials such as sand, glass beads or water residues and beyond that they can even be used during production.
Dry ice blasting generally achieves a greater surface performance than the laser technique.
Depending upon the working pressure, jet geometry and the type of soiling, it can achieve removal rates of more than one square meter per minute. What's more, this innovative technique can remove coatings and soiling ranging between 1 mm and 10 mm thickness while going gentle on the surface.
There's no problem handling the dry ice technique and it does not make any particular demands on the environment. Unfortunately, the great working pressure from cleaning with dry ice produces higher noise levels than the laser technique. That's why we supply appropriate noise insulation equipment if the dry ice technique is integrated into regular production, for instance via automation.
